IvyMax is proud to serve as an ACSL advisor. We help students register, form teams, submit contests, and stay on track throughout the year. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced programmer, ACSL is a valuable opportunity to sharpen your CS fundamentals and compete globally.
Registration Process for ACSL with IvyMax
Step 1: Start Registration Form
Begin by completing the official IvyMax ACSL Registration Form.

Submitting this form serves as your intent to register. Seat availability is limited and based on timely and accurate form completion.
Step 2: Submit Payment
To complete your registration for the American Computer Science League, a registration fee must be submitted before completing the registration form.

$25 per test

Memo: Include the student’s full name to ensure accurate matching.Upload Payment Proof:
You must upload a screenshot or image of the payment confirmation directly into the Google Form.
Upload is required in order to submit the form—you cannot proceed without it.
Only one file can be uploaded per registration; maximum size: 100MB.
After form submission, IvyMax staff will review your payment and uploaded file for verification. Registrations without a valid payment receipt will not be processed.
Be sure to double-check that your payment details and screenshot are clear and accurate to avoid processing delays.
Step 3: Await Confirmation & Approval
Once you submit the completed registration form along with your payment confirmation, IvyMax will handle your official registration with ACSL.
IvyMax will review all submitted information and ensure payment is received.
If any information is missing or unclear (e.g., invalid payment file, incomplete details), our team will contact you via email.

Step 4: Prepare for Online Contests
When ACSL contests open:
Students will receive a HackerRank access link via email.
Each contest includes:
A 30-minute or 50-minute online short-answer test.
Programming questions (varies by division).
Students must complete each contest independently within the contest window.
IvyMax will provide support and reminders throughout the season.
🚨 Plagiarism or unauthorized collaboration will result in disqualification.
Important Notes
Each team is limited to 12 students.
Students may not switch teams after Contest #1.
IvyMax may register multiple teams per division to accommodate all applicants.
Advisors are responsible for student integrity during the competition.
Step 5: Test Day Guidelines
All ACSL contests are conducted online and can be taken from home. Students will receive a contest access link via email directly from the HackerRank platform.
Please ensure the following on test day:
Students must take the test independently, without help or collaboration.
Each student must complete the contest within the designated time:
30 or 50 minutes for short-answer sections (depending on division)
72 hours for programming problems (if applicable)
Use a quiet environment with a stable internet connection.
If a student is found to have used unauthorized help or collaborated with others, their score for that contest will be invalidated.
