AMC Official Test Center
The American Math Competition (AMC), organized by the Mathematical Association of America (MAA), is one of the most prestigious mathematics contests for middle and high school students across the United States. IvyMax is an officially certified AMC testing center and supports students aiming to qualify for advanced rounds such as AIME and USAMO.

Registration Process for AMC at IvyMax
Step 1: Start Registration Form
Begin by completing the official IvyMax AMC Registration Form.

Submitting this form serves as your intent to register. Seat availability is limited and based on timely and accurate form completion.
⚠️ Notes:
IvyMax is also an AIME test center. However, only students who take AMC 10/12 at IvyMax are eligible to sit for the AIME at IvyMax.
For AMC 10/12, each participant may only register for one Test A and one Test B. Duplicate registrations for two Test A’s or two Test B’s are not permitted and may be disqualified.
Step 2: Submit Payment
To complete your registration for the American Math Competition, a registration fee must be submitted before completing the registration form.
Registration Fee:
$25 per test (e.g., $25 for AMC 10A, $25 for AMC 12B)

Memo: Include the student’s full name to ensure accurate matching.Upload Payment Proof:
You must upload a screenshot or image of the payment confirmation directly into the Google Form.
Upload is required in order to submit the form—you cannot proceed without it.
Only one file can be uploaded per registration; maximum size: 100MB.
After form submission, IvyMax staff will review your payment and uploaded file for verification. Registrations without a valid payment receipt will not be processed.
Be sure to double-check that your payment details and screenshot are clear and accurate to avoid processing delays.
Step 3: Await Confirmation & Approval
Once you submit the completed registration form along with your payment confirmation, IvyMax will handle your official registration with the Mathematical Association of America (MAA).
IvyMax will review all submitted information and ensure payment is received.
If any information is missing or unclear (e.g., invalid payment file, incomplete details), our team will contact you via email.

Registration Submission Timeline to MAA:
AMC 10/12: September – October
AMC 8: December – January
Exam Portal Notification
Approximately 14 days before your exam date, you will receive an email from IvyMax containing your personalized MAA exam portal link.

❗ Do not wait until test day—failing to confirm in time may result in ineligibility to take the exam.
Step 4: Test Day Preparation
To ensure a smooth and timely testing experience, please follow the instructions below for your AMC test day at IvyMax.
Arrival & Check-In
Arrive at your designated IvyMax Test Center at least 1 hour before the scheduled exam time to complete the check-in process.
Bring a valid photo ID for identity verification at check-in.

Blank scratch paper will be provided by the test center.

The following items are strictly prohibited during the American Math Competition:
Calculators
Smartwatches or phones
Any computing or digital device
Graph paper, protractors, or compasses (as tools, unless for drawing)
Formula sheets or notes
